456ba Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms & Acceptance

By accessing, browsing, or using the 456ba platform in any capacity — including registering an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, spinning a slot, or participating in any casino game — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. These Terms are effective from the date of your first access to the platform.

456ba reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

Definitions

These Terms are supplemented by 456ba's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 456ba. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional material, these Terms shall prevail.

2. Account Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on the 456ba platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 456ba enforces a strict minimum age of 18 for all account holders without exception.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited under local law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person, business, or entity when registering or placing wagers.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 456ba platform or had an account closed by 456ba for a terms violation.
• You are not an employee, contractor, consultant, or close associate of 456ba or any of its affiliated game providers, payment processors, or technology suppliers.
• All personal information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one 456ba account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, the same IP address, or through any other mechanism — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonus balances held within them. Real-money balances in duplicate accounts may be returned at 456ba's sole discretion following an investigation.

KYC Verification

456ba reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents from any account holder at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, or other government-issued photo identification. 456ba may also request proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 years of age will be closed immediately and all associated deposits returned.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the 456ba platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 456ba does not charge currency conversion fees. The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Tap, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction caps.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay typically reflect in your 456ba account balance within five minutes of confirmation by the payment provider.
• Bank transfer deposits may take longer to process depending on the issuing bank. 456ba is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be reversed where identified.
• 456ba does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or any digital asset as a funding method at this time.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Processing times vary by payment method but 456ba targets same-day processing for requests submitted before 6:00 PM BST (UTC+6).
• 456ba reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) procedure and is not indicative of any wrongdoing on the part of the player.
• Bonus balances are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Only cash balance (real-money funds) is eligible for withdrawal.
• 456ba reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

4. Betting Rules & Wagering Policy

The following rules apply to all sports betting and casino wagering activity conducted through the 456ba platform. These rules apply uniformly to cricket betting (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers), tennis (ATP, WTA, Grand Slams), snooker, football, kabaddi, and all other sports markets, as well as to all live casino products and video slot games.

Bet Placement

• Bets are only accepted from registered, logged-in account holders with sufficient real-money or eligible bonus balance to cover the stake.
• A bet is confirmed only when you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation reference number. Bets that do not receive a confirmation reference are not valid.
• 456ba reserves the right to refuse any bet at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason, provided that any refused stake is returned to the player's account immediately.
• Odds are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation. The odds displayed on your bet confirmation screen are the final accepted odds for your wager.
• In-play (live) betting markets on cricket, tennis, and other sports are available subject to real-time odds updates. 456ba targets odds refresh intervals of under 10 seconds during active match events.

Bet Settlement

• Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant sporting authority (ICC for cricket, ATP/WTA for tennis, WPBSA for snooker, etc.). 456ba does not settle on unofficial or preliminary results.
• In the event of a match postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, 456ba's market-specific rules will determine whether bets are settled or voided. Voided bets return the full stake to the player's account.
• Any obvious error in odds — including but not limited to decimal errors, inverted odds, or system malfunctions — will be voided at 456ba's discretion. Stakes on voided bets will be returned in full.
• Winnings are credited to your account balance immediately upon settlement. There is no waiting period for winnings from settled bets to become available for further wagering or withdrawal.

Casino & Slots

• All casino games and slot titles on 456ba use certified random number generation (RNG) technology provided by licensed studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
• Game outcomes are determined entirely by certified RNG and are not influenced by previous results, account history, or any action by 456ba.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot titles are theoretical long-run values and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Disconnection during a live casino game or slot spin does not void a bet. The round will be completed and settled based on the game server record. Players should maintain a stable internet connection during active play sessions.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

456ba offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer, as well as the general bonus policy outlined in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and this general policy, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• All bonuses are credited to your account as a bonus balance, separate from your real-money (cash) balance. Real-money balance is used first in all wagering, unless a promotion specifies otherwise.
• Bonus balances are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiple, e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit stated in the promotion terms. Bonus balances that expire before the requirement is met will be forfeited automatically.
• 456ba reserves the right to withhold bonus activation or claw back credited bonuses where evidence of bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play, multiple account creation to claim bonuses more than once, and collusion with other players to meet wagering targets artificially.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• 456ba reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not retroactively affect bonuses already in a player's active balance.
• Promotional offers are available to players aged 18 and above only. Bonus eligibility may also require completion of KYC verification before bonus funds are released.

6. Responsible Gaming

456ba is committed to providing a safe and responsible betting environment for all players. Online gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling is causing you stress, affecting your finances, or impacting your relationships, 456ba provides the following tools and resources to help you regain control.

Player Protection Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold for any defined time period. Once the limit is reached, no further wagers will be accepted until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been logged in for a specified duration of time.
• Reality Check: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying your net win/loss position for the current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a self-exclusion period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, your account is inaccessible and all marketing communications are suspended. To request self-exclusion, email [email protected] with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request".
• Account Cooling-Off: Take a short break from the platform without committing to full self-exclusion.

456ba will not send promotional communications to any player who has activated self-exclusion or a cooling-off period. If you receive a marketing communication in error during an exclusion period, please report it to [email protected] immediately.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 456ba platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one account on the 456ba platform, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence system to place bets, exploit promotions, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable software error are void and will not be paid out.
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes, share information about live betting markets in a coordinated manner, or otherwise manipulate the integrity of any game or betting market.
• Using the 456ba payment infrastructure for money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering (AML) or counter-terrorism financing (CTF) legislation.
• Engaging in match-fixing or any form of sports corruption. Any suspicion of match-fixing involvement will be reported to the relevant sporting authority and law enforcement agency immediately.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or any IP-masking technology in order to circumvent geographic restrictions or access controls.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or reproduce any part of the 456ba platform, its games, its software, or its intellectual property.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

456ba reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any of the following reasons, without prior notice where urgency requires immediate action:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Receipt of a court order, law enforcement request, or regulatory direction requiring account suspension.
• Extended account inactivity, as defined in our dormant account policy (currently: 12 consecutive months of no login activity).

Dormant Account Policy

An account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. 456ba will notify the account holder at the registered email address or mobile number before applying any dormant account administration fee. The dormant account administration fee is ৳100 per month, deducted from the account balance until either the balance reaches zero or the account holder logs in and reactivates the account. Reactivation is free of charge at any time.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their 456ba account voluntarily may do so by contacting our support team at [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your nominated payment method within 5 business days, subject to verification of identity and payment method ownership. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 456ba platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software code, data structures, user interface elements, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 456ba or its licensed game and content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any portion of the platform's content without prior written permission from 456ba.
• Use the 456ba brand name, logo, or any associated trade marks in any manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship by 456ba without express written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform.
• Frame, deep-link to, or scrape data from the 456ba platform for any commercial or non-personal purpose.

Game content provided by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed to 456ba for distribution to players. Any dispute regarding game content or outcomes should be directed to 456ba support in the first instance.

10. Limitation of Liability

456ba provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we invest significantly in platform reliability and uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 456ba expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

• 456ba shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the platform , even if 456ba has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• 456ba's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• 456ba is not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment provider downtime, natural disasters, government actions, or force majeure events.
• 456ba is not responsible for the actions, content, accuracy, or opinions expressed by third-party game providers whose products are accessible through the platform.
• You acknowledge that online gambling carries inherent financial risk and that 456ba bears no responsibility for losses incurred through normal wagering activity conducted in accordance with these Terms.

11. Amendments to These Terms

456ba reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 456ba will take reasonable steps to notify active account holders, which may include a notification banner on the platform, an in-account message, or a communication to the registered email address or mobile number.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing policy, or updates that do not materially alter player rights or obligations — may be made without advance notice. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Your continued use of the 456ba platform after any amendment has been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 8. 456ba will return any real-money balance in your account upon closure.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 456ba operates as an internationally licensed platform. By using the 456ba platform, you agree that any dispute that cannot be resolved informally through our support team shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body, to the exclusion of any court proceedings, unless applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction expressly requires otherwise.

Dispute Resolution Procedure

1. Informal Resolution: In the first instance, contact 456ba support at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. Our target response time for formal complaints is 48 hours. Most player disputes are resolved at this stage.
2. Escalated Review: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may request escalation to a senior member of the 456ba compliance team. Escalated reviews are completed within 10 business days.
3. Formal Dispute: If the matter remains unresolved following the escalated review, you may initiate formal arbitration proceedings. 456ba will engage in good faith with any properly filed arbitration claim.

456ba will not be responsible for any delay in resolving a dispute that arises from a player's failure to provide requested documentation or information within a reasonable time. All communications relating to formal disputes should be sent in English to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute — [Your Username]".

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm pending the resolution of a dispute.
